Parking

Visitor and patient parking is available in the on-site parking building, next to where Glenfell and Mountain Rd meet. From there, you can then use the link-bridge to make your way over the ARO.

There's also a pick-up/drop-off zone just outside the front entrance.

Public transport

To help plan any train or bus journeys visit the Auckland Transport website. If you're coming form further afield, bus, taxi and shuttle services will be available from the airport and ferry terminals.

Finding us

ARO is tucked in beside the larger Mercy Ascot buildings.

When coming from the main drop-off point, our facilities will be just to your left, behind the café. If you’re entering from the patient car park, follow the signs to walk over the link-bridge and across to ARO.
