Yoga boosts quality of life and helps reduce radiation therapy side effects

Research on yoga in patients with cancer has increased in the past decade, with studies reporting improvements in patients' stress levels, fatigue, emotional health, pain, and sleep disturbances.

Auckland Radiation Oncology encourages all of our patients to practice stress management techniques, and we have found two recent articles that support this follow research from MD Anderson Cancer Centre at the University of Texas, USA.
