Coupling head and neck cancer screening and lung cancer scans could improve early detection and survival

A team at Pitt's Graduate School of Public Health is collaborating with otolaryngologists to design a national trial that would determine if regular head and neck cancer screenings for people referred for lung cancer screenings would indeed reduce mortality.
