New patient referrals will be accepted but please note there may be some delays to starting treatments due to the current COVID-19 conditions.
As an essential medical service, ARO would like to reassure patients and their support networks that ARO is open. ARO’s aim is to ensure patients receive radiation therapy treatment within a safe environment. We have introduced protocols and strict precautions to reduce the opportunities for transmission between patients and staff. As the Covid-19 situation evolves, these processes will be continuously reviewed and changes made to ensure patients and staff are safe.
We do not want to compromise the health of our patients by being a source of an infection and likewise we do not want to put frontline staff at avoidable risk. These processes have been put in place to help protect patients and staff alike.
