Radiation Oncology Medical Physicists, Auckland

Applications are invited for full-time permanent positions to join a supportive, friendly and enthusiastic team to perform an active role in a variety of clinical and development activities. We have an established program of complex planning, delivery and imaging techniques (e.g. SRT, VMAT, HIGRT, DCAT and ExacTRAC with Elekta Agility/Versa HD linear accelerators and RayStation TPS) and have many exciting clinical developments planned for the future that include ExacTRAC Dynamic and establishing our satellite centre on the North Shore of Auckland.

As a key member of the team, you will actively contribute to all aspects of radiation physics support including quality assurance, dosimetry, commissioning, advising on treatment planning techniques and contributing to various development projects and research activities. There will be scope to lead and take overall responsibility for various areas of the service (e.g. equipment & dosimetry, QC program, automation).

You must have a postgraduate degree in Medical Physics and be certified with the Australasian College of Physics Scientists and Engineers in Medicine (ACPSEM), or internationally recognised equivalent (e.g. HCPC, ABR, CCPM).
