Radiation Therapy Manager
With over 20 years of experience in radiation therapy, Rochelle has dedicated her career to advanced radiation treatment planning and clinical excellence. Trained in New Zealand, Rochelle began her career in Auckland before broadening her horizons to the UK. Here, she developed passion and expertise in radiation treatment planning in her dosimetry roles at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and UCLH. Furthermore, time spent as a locum radiation therapist across several regional UK hospitals gained Rochelle valuable insights into diverse clinical environments.
For the past 12 years, Rochelle has been an integral part of ARO, where she now leads the team of highly skilled Radiation Therapists to deliver innovative radiation treatment solutions. She manages the Clinical Governance Committee at ARO, whose primary purpose is ensuring quality and safety so that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
As a member of the Radiation Therapists Advisory Panel and the New Zealand Institute of Medical Radiation Technology (NZIMRT), Rochelle actively contributes to the professional development of the field.
